Ansel Adams

Ansel Adams was born in the great city of San Francisco, California February 20th 1902. Growing up Ansel had little so no success for learning in normal public schools. They believe that he may have suffered from dyslexia. Since Ansel was having such a hard time learning at public schools his father and aunt tried tutoring him at home. They then decided that having him go to a private school would help him much more. Prior to being a photography Ansel's primary occupation was going to be playing the piano. Later on he then gave up playing piano to be a photographer. Ansel's first photographs were on the bulletin board of the sierra club in 1922.

Found Faces Story

Hello my name is Oak, I have been here since I was a young tree. Through out my life I've seen many kids come and go every year the ones that just started out as freshman are all of a sudden already graduating. My wife is that tall pine tree on the left side of the south parking lot. All of my cousins live over by the softball fields some of us have been here longer than others, but its nice at times to be with family. The reason that I live here at the school is because this is where my job is day to day I help new kids to there classes and make sure they get there. I don't expect a thank you back I just want to make sure they are learning and bettering there lives. In my past time I usually have my friend the squirrel come and hang out with me. The two of us have known each other since I first moved here. My hidden talent that I have is to always be there for people no matter if they need me or not I'm always here for people .

Favorite Photo

The angle that this photo was taken really helps with the 3-D effect of the sidewalk drawing. At this angle it make the drawing look real. I really like how the artist of the drawing put water in it like it was coming from the river. What also helps the picture is that it was taken when the lady across the board in the drawing and looking down which makes you think that it could be realistic.
